What are your prices?
Each sale price can vary as we offer unique and bespoke work to suit the needs of each individual client, which involves a different amount of work, effort and time. Therefore, we can only give you an average price range until we have received your Initial Briefing Form and given you a more accurate quote.
How do we book you?
You can send us general enquiries or message us through social media; however EVERY client needs to complete our Initial Briefing Form via SurveyMonkey prior to receiving an invoice in order for us to send you an accurate quote and have your requirements in writing to protect your service.
We may have some follow up questions over your preferred method of communication to help us ensure we have all the details we need prior to receiving payment.
No work will be conducted by The Digital Dude until full payment is received.
What expenses do you charge for?
If we are required to work out of office e.g. filming at various locations, it is the client’s responsibility to cover travel and accommodation expenses. We can agree on a suitable cost as we aim to go for the cost-effective method if possible and this will be added on to your invoice.
It is the client’s responsibility to purchase any outsourced: stock footage, memberships or anything with an expense that they need as we would not benefit from using it in the future, however we are more than happy to help with finding you the best deals.
When will my project be ready?
The delivery timeframes specified in your invoice are approximate and should be used as a guide. The Digital Dude understands the vital importance of creative efforts to deliver a quality product – with time-efficiency in mind.
In the event of late delivery, discounts on your next purchase of our services cannot be substituted for a refund.
How do I receive my media/content?
We will send over watermarked versions via email and give you 48 hours to suggest any small changes only (as late changes and major artwork/initial briefing requirement changes will incur additional costs).
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the final outcome, we will send your final work via email/transfer in your preferred file type/size, with only small watermarks (you may request to remove watermarks from final versions at a fixed fee of £50.)
You can also request for raw footage to be sent for free for you to use in the future.
Refund Policy:
Once payment is made, client agrees to the terms and conditions and their Initial Briefing Form attached with their invoice via email.
Due to the considerable time taken and efforts invested into every project, we cannot offer refunds. We are proud of our dependable performance record. However, in the unlikely event we can’t perform the services agreed upon and/or cannot meet the Initial Briefing Requirements agreed on – you will be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Privacy Policy:
All personal information will be kept confidential on a password protected database and you may request to be removed at any time.
